To provide a high level, efficient and effective support service to the Property and Support Services team to ensure all functions and tasks are discharged to internal and external parties in all work streams.

What we'll need you to bring
1. SVQ3 or equivalent.
2. Communication skills – both written and verbal, office management skills
3. Proficient in PC programmes.
4. General administration and office experience.
5. Flexible team worker as well as working on own initiative
6. Well-developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
7. Good organisational and planning skills.
8. Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
9. Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.
10. Demonstrate good problem solving skills.
11. Prepared to work in a flexible manner.
12. Ability to devise detailed administrative processes.
It would be great if you also have
13. NHS administration experience
14. Knowledge of Standing Financial Instructions
15. Good working knowledge of office organisation
16. Ability to maintain and update filing systems ensuring methodical and easily accessible system
17. Ability to apply concentration when checking documents and dealing with cash
18. Ability to prioritise work and information processing to meet deadlines set by managers
19. Ability to cope with the demands of the department over a wide range of issues

22. 18.5 hours
Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
IF FIXED TERM Please note this is a fixed term post until 31/07/2026. Where a post only has temporary funding and an existing member of NHS Lanarkshire staff wishes to apply, this will be treated as a secondment. The employee MUST already have written agreement from their line manager to be released on a secondment before applying for the post.
Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Property & Support Services within Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters
