We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join us on 1September 2026 on a permanent basis.
Weare looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual able to offer strongadministrative support in a variety of tasks. With excellent communicationskills you will organise recruitment programmes, liaising with candidates andthe Leadership Team, carry out a range of safeguarding checks to ensure ourcompliance with the Safer Recruitment Guidelines for Schools and keep our HR/Payrollsystem accurate and up to date.
Youwill be confident working independently as part of our Human Resources team andcapable of managing multiple priorities effectively to meet deadlines, withexcellent levels of attention to detail and accuracy and a can do approach.
HOURS
32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30amto 3.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 3.00pm (please note that start time on interviewdays may be from 8.00am), term-time only, plus 5 days pro rata during theschool holidays and 5 training days pro rata.
SALARY
£28142.00 - £30024.00gross pa (£14.59 - £15.56 perhour), pro rata for part-time, term-time. Starting salary equates to £21378.28 gross pa.
