Project Type: Drylining Commercial school building – delivering SFS, walls, partitions and ceilings using Siniat boarding materials

Reporting into a Contracts Manager
đź’· Salary and PAY structure (e.g. PAYE, ir35 Umbrella, Sole Trader, CIS or any other)

Day rate: £225 – £260
🛠️ Responsibilities:

Acting as No.1 on site
*
Managing all trades/labour
*
Implementing RAMS
*
Conducting all QA on site using in-house QA system
*
Attending and conducting progress meetings
*
Ensuring programme is met

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

First phase: 30 weeks
