We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a growing private healthcare organisation in Winchester, supporting operational teams and leading on people strategy across a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive workforce performance, support service delivery, and ensure a high-quality employee experience aligned to private healthcare standards.
The Role
As HR Manager, you will:
* Lead on all HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and workforce planning
* Partner with operational leaders across clinical, administration, and front-of-house teams
* Support managers in delivering high-performing, patient-focused teams
* Drive HR best practice, policies, and compliance (including GDPR and employment law)
* Oversee performance management, appraisals, and staff development
* Support organisational growth, change, and service improvement initiatives
* Use data and insight to inform workforce decisions and business performance
What We’re Looking For
* CIPD Level 5 (or above) – essential
* Proven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role
* Strong background in employee relations and stakeholder management
* Experience working in fast-paced, service-led environments (healthcare desirable)
* Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic input
* Confident, proactive, and able to influence at all levels
