LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, discovering their needs, and guiding them through the process of purchasing their ideal vehicle. Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £25,467 plus uncapped commission (OTE around £60,000) and a company car. Requirements Demonstrated experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A passion for cars and an eagerness to learn about new models and technologies. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A valid UK driver’s licence is required.
