Description
We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our centralised HR team. This role plays a key part in supporting the employee lifecycle by delivering accurate, timely and confidential HR administration.
You’ll work closely with HR colleagues, managers and employees, ensuring HR records, systems and processes are maintained to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is interested in developing a career within HR.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate HR records across HR systems, personnel files and trackers
* Managing employee documentation across the full lifecycle (joiners, movers and leavers)
* Drafting standard HR letters and correspondence using templates and guidance
* Supporting recruitment administration and onboarding activity
* Completing Right to Work checks in line with legal and organisational requirements
* Coordinating onboarding administration, including contracts and joining documentation
* Supporting the leavers process and coordinating exit interviews
* Producing routine HR information and reports (MI) as required
* Coordinating routine HR processes such as health testing
* Ensuring strict compliance with GDPR, data protection and confidentiality requirements
* Providing administrative support to HR colleagues on projects and ad hoc tasks
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* Experience in an administrative or clerical role
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
* Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
* Flexible and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities
* Commitment to ongoing personal development
Desirable
* Previous experience in an HR administration role
* Qualification in administration, business or a related subject
* Experience using HR systems or databases
