What You’ll Be Doing
This is a true end-to-end sales role, focused on maximising value from an engaged client base:
* Speak with existing Citation clients to understand their needs
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Deliver consultative, solution-led sales conversations
* Handle objections with confidence
* Close deals and manage your own pipeline
* Use CRM tools to track, forecast, and drive performance
What You’ll Earn
We know base salary matters but this role is built for earners.
* £28,000 base salary
* Uncapped commission (paid monthly)

What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience
* Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Confident in consultative selling
* Excellent objection handling and closing skills
* Motivated by commission and performance incentives
* Organised, driven, and comfortable using CRM systems
