My client is seeking for a proactiveHR Manager(part-time)to support their HR function during a period of transition. The role involves strengthening HR processes, embedding a new HR system and supporting HR administrators.
Temporary – 4 Months, (Potential to Extend). Hybrid – Primarily Remote (1 day on-site per week). Hours: 25-30 per week, part-time. Salary: £20.50 per hour. Sector: Charity / Education preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Support HR administrators with HR processes
* Verify and quality-check HR data
* Support recruitment,on boarding, and induction
* Update HR policies and ensure compliance
* Establish HR audit procedures (safer recruitment, equality, absence management, training)
* Support pay and contract reviews
* Provide generalist HR advice and manage ER cases
Candidate Profile
* ExperiencedHR generalist at HR Manager level
* Hands‑on, collaborative, and happy to coach HR administrators
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, governance, and compliance
* Charity or education sector experience advantageous
