Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an Admin Officer for our client based in Belfast City Centre, Castlecourt. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
Rate of pay:£12.97
Duration:Up to 25/01/26
Hours of work: 37
Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with insurers and compensators where a person has claimed compensation as a result of an accident or injury. The job role will include recovery of social security benefits and/or health costs following the compensation award. The role involves system-based work, including handling telephone calls, post, and inquiries from compensators or solicitors. The agency worker must be able to handle telephony duties. Full training will be provided, including on-site training until the person is trained, after which hybrid working can be arranged.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
* 5 GCSEs including maths and English (Proof of certificates required)
* Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
