This role is ideal for graduates seeking meaningful classroom experience while making a real impact on students' academic progress and personal development.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the classroom * Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons * Provide 1:1 and small group academic support * Support students with varying learning needs and abilities * Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment * Gain valuable experience in behaviour management and lesson delivery
What We're Looking For:
* A degree (2:1 or above preferred, all subjects considered) * A genuine interest in education and supporting young people * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A proactive, patient, and positive attitude * Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
To be eligible you must:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK * Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the update service OR be willing to apply for a new one * Provide two professional child-related references
