As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sourcing Recruiter – Delivery Specialist to join our remote UK team and focus on candidate delivery and execution.
The Role
This is a pure delivery role: No business development or sales required
You’ll focus on sourcing, engaging and closing top candidates across multiple industries, working closely with our Client and BD teams.
It’s a great opportunity for a recruiter who loves the delivery side of recruitment and thrives in a results-driven, flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting & Managing Offers
* Deliver on mid-to-senior and leadership roles across sectors like Tech, Finance, Media & Real Estate
* Partner with internal Client Leads to deeply understand role requirements
* Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals & Boolean search
* Maintain strong candidate pipelines for both live and future roles
* Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience throughout the process
* Uphold TalentHive’s reputation for quality and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment delivery (Agency, RPO, or Executive Search)
* Strong track record in filling mid-to-senior level roles
* Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques
* Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and organisation skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Confident managing your own time, output, and performance
Compensation & Growth
* Fixed monthly payment (£2,000) + 5% bonus per successful placement
* Self-employed structure: You’ll handle your own tax and NI contributions
* Future: Opportunity to relocate to Dubai after probation, with relocation support available
