The Role
As HR Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day HR operations while ensuring company policies, procedures, and people practices are aligned with legal requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing employee relations and HR processes
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention
* Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal, divisional, and corporate guidelines
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice
* Supporting performance management, disciplinary, and grievance procedures
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
* Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
* Assisting in developing and implementing people-focused initiatives and processes
* Supporting training and development initiatives
* Ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant with current legal and regulatory requirements
* Driving continuous improvement across HR systems and procedures
* Promoting employee engagement and wellbeing
About You
* Experienced in a HR management role
* Organised, approachable, and highly professional
* Proactive with excellent communication skills
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) preferred
* Experience working within a fast-paced business environmenT
* Passionate about people development and creating positive workplace experiences
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
* Master’s degree (MA) in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business Management, or a related discipline.
