We're looking for a motivated Local Sales Executive to drive revenue from local businesses, to join our client's successful and growing Sales team.

Details
* Based in Aldershot
* £18,000 - £25,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission (average of £5k - £7.5k annually)
* Hybrid 1 day (after probation)
* Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities
* Achieve and surpass individual sales targets.
* Secure new business from local advertisers while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
* Support company objectives by promoting the full range of products and identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
* Consistently meet daily targets for high‑quality outbound calls.
* Schedule and conduct the required number of in‑person meetings.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with marketing managers and business owners in the local community.
* Engage actively in sales meetings and contribute to team initiatives.
* Foster strong internal collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
* Maintain accurate and timely administrative records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Person Specification
* Dynamic and driven with a sales‑oriented mindset and positive, energetic approach.
* Passionate about media, marketing, and communications, with the ability to sell innovative concepts and solutions.
* Confident communicator, both over the phone and in face‑to‑face interactions.
* Self‑motivated, professional, and proactive with a strong drive to succeed.
* Friendly and approachable, skilled at building lasting relationships.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with a strategic, forward‑thinking mindset.
* A balanced hunter‑farmer approach—proficient in securing new business and managing client accounts.
* Sales experience is a plus but not required.
