Sales Executive – Bodmin, Cornwall – Permanent
💰 Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 base + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses
📍 Location: Bodmin, Cornwall
🎁 Benefits: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, uncapped commission, performance-based bonuses, office hours (Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:00), no weekend work

Our client is looking to grow their sales team with enthusiastic and driven people that want to turn their conversation skills into bigger pay packets!

Do I need to be from a sales background?? NO, we will consider anyone from a customer service, retail, hospitality or any customer facing roles. We just need you to be confident on the phone and willing to grow our customer base. The better the relationships you build with our account holders the more sales you will convert into commissions.

We’re working with a leading organisation, based in Bodmin, as they look to expand their dynamic sales team. With a strong reputation in the industry and a ready-made portfolio of clients, this is an exciting opportunity to hit the ground running and grow within a supportive, high-performance environment.

The company is now seeking a Sales Executive to manage and grow customer accounts, drive new business, and earn uncapped commission from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Account Management: Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing clients
✔ Business Development: Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls
✔ Sales & Targets: Work in a performance-driven environment with clear KPIs and monthly targets
✔ Customer Engagement: Deliver excellent service and tailored product solutions over the phone
✔ Collaboration: Work closely with your team and managers to drive overall sales success

What We’re Looking For:
💡 A self-motivated, results-focused individual who thrives on hitting and exceeding targets
💡 Proven experience in sales (ideally in construction, tools, or trade-related sectors)
💡 Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner and people skills
💡 Strong account management and/or business development experience (advantageous but not essential)
