Leading and developing the People function across HR operations, business partnering, reward, performance and engagement

What you’ll bring to the table as a Head of People
Previous experience in a senior UK-based HR leadership role
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Proven experience leading HR operations, business partnering and change initiatives
Experience using People data, metrics and insights to support decision-making
CIPD Level 5 or 7, or equivalent professional experience
