You’ll work with existing clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending the right mix of Citation services to support their growth. This is a consultative, relationship-based sales role focused on cross-selling and upselling value-driven solutions not cold calling. Your goal is to deepen client relationships, increase revenue, and help businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage and consult with clients to identify current and emerging needs
* Recommend relevant services through effective cross-selling and upselling
* Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections with confidence
* Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline via CRM systems
* Collaborate across teams to ensure clients receive seamless support

* Proven B2B sales experience with a record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confidence in objection handling and consultative selling

* Proficiency in using CRM and digital tools

Salary: Up to £28,000 + Uncapped Commission
