HR Administrator
Location: West London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their dynamic HR team.
Reporting directly to the Group Head of Employee Engagement, this role offers the chance to contribute to a supportive and forward-thinking organisation that is passionate about its people and its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Supporting the onboarding process for new starters
✨ Conducting recruitment checks and associated administrative tasks
✨ Monitoring the HR benefits inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner
✨ Assisting with key corporate HR initiatives and projects
About You:
✨ Previous experience in a similar HR administration role is preferred
✨ Experience within the healthcare industry is advantageous but not essential
✨ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✨ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✨ Proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
