We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cook to work within a prestigious private family castle residence in the Ross-shire area. This position would be through the agency with potential to become permanent.
This is a unique opportunity for a professional cook with high-end private household or castle experience who takes pride in delivering exceptional food and service in a discreet, family-focused environment.
The Role:
* Preparing and cooking daily meals for the family
* Catering for guests and small events as required
* Menu planning and preparation
* Grocery shopping and stock management
* Working independently and managing your own workload
* Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
* Communicating confidently with the family and children
The Ideal Candidate:
* Essential: Previous experience working in a private household or castle environment
* Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with family members and children
* Professional, presentable, and highly discreet
* Strong eye for detail and passion for quality food
* Able to work independently and handle situations on their own
* Flexible with days and hours
* Holds a valid UK driving licence
* High-end or luxury hospitality experience preferred
