About the Role
1. Based at Morden - fully office based
2. Full Time / Permanent role - Monday to Friday
3. 20 holiday allowance + bank holidays.
What will I be doing?
As part of our dedicated National Tele Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for securing new business for SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK. Your key responsibilities will include:
4. Making outbound cold calls to businesses to promote and sell our waste management services.
5. Generating and qualifying new business leads.
6. Building strong customer relationships and closing sales over the phone.
7. Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
8. Using CRM systems to manage your sales pipeline and follow-up activity.
What are the requirements?
9. 1+ year of outbound sales or telesales experience, ideally in B2B or B2C. (Experience in the waste industry isn’t essential — full training will be provided.)
10. Resilient, motivated, and target-driven.
11. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
12. Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls each day.
13. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
14. Proven track record in Sales and good IT literacy.
15. A true team player who enjoys working collaboratively with fellow Tele Sales Executives and brings creativity and energy to the role.
