HR Administrator Location: Chiswick Avenue, Mildenhall Salary: Up to £32,000 pro rata Hours: Full or part time available (25-40 hours) We’re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to support with day-to-day HR operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative workplace in Mildenhall. Benefits: * Annual leave 26days, including a Christmas shutdown * Hybrid working, ideally you will be on-site on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays * Pension scheme * Health cash plan * Death in service cover – x3 basic salary * Social work events What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in HR or strong administrative background * Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and up-to-date IT skills * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail * Strong organisational and project management skills * A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement * Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions Key responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and wider business. * Maintain and update personnel files onto the HR system. * Manage the HR inbox, respond to queries as required. * Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. * Prepare payroll data and submit to the payroll team. * Supporting absence management and return-to-work meetings. * Manage maternity, paternity, and family leave policy implementation. * Conduct exit interviews, and support with the leaver processes. * Attend meetings and take notes as required. * Helping to drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives. * Update company policies and procedures. * Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
