Job Title: Sales Executive - Car Leasing

Salary: £20,000 - £25,600 basic | OTE £40,000 - £60,000+ (Top performers earning £70k+)

What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound customer enquiries-no cold calling
Building rapport with customers and understanding their vehicle and finance needs
Using internal systems to match customers with suitable leasing or finance options
Providing clear, friendly advice and seeing the process through to sale
Managing your pipeline and hitting monthly targets
Delivering excellent customer service every time
This role is focused on converting warm leads into happy customers-it's about conversations, not pressure.
