We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu BYD Hartlepool. This role offers a basic salary of £22,000 with the opportunity to earn significant commission that can deliver earnings well in excess of our on‑target level of £45,000.
In addition to great earnings potential we provide a genuine work‑life balance. You will work a 40‑hour week (five 8‑hour shifts), most Saturdays (our busiest sales day) and have a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays.
As part of the team you’ll represent a prestigious automotive brand, delivering a premium experience to customers from first contact to final handshake. You’ll receive full training and onboarding to help you succeed and maximize earnings.
Responsibilities
Guide customers through a seamless car buying experience, manage the end‑to‑end customer journey, and meet sales targets.
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to exceptional customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Full UK driver’s licence (Manual and Automatic)
