Our client is a high‑performance organisation. They are seeking an experienced Reward & Benefits Manager to lead reward strategy and deliver competitive, compliant, and engaging reward solutions.
What you’ll do:
* Lead the organisation’s reward and benefits offering, including health, wellbeing, pensions, and lifestyle benefits
* Own annual pay review and bonus processes and reward benchmarking
* Manage external providers and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
* Partner with senior stakeholders, providing expert reward insight and advice
