About the Role
This full-time, on-site position is based in High Wycombe, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
* Managing daily administrative tasks and office equipment
* Providing excellent customer service and support
* Answering phone calls and booking meetings
* Managing site supplies and assisting with daily timesheets & payroll data
* On‑boarding new starters and coordinating with various departments
* Updating the CRM and HR documentation
* Potentially taking on marketing and content creation responsibilities

Key Qualifications
* Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
* HR-related experience is a plus
* Proficient in using AI tools, including ChatGPT, for efficient workflow
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
* Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Comfortable building and delivering presentations
