The Job You’ll be Doing
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
* Assisting with payroll preparation and absence tracking
* Coordinating training and development activities
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies
* Supporting employee engagement and internal communications
About You
* Previous experience in HR administration, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus
