About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Golf Travel Manager to join our team during an exciting period of growth. This key role is responsible for designing, organising, and delivering bespoke golf travel experiences for individuals, groups, and corporate clients in the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and manage tailor-made golf itineraries including tee times, accommodation, transport, and off-course activities • Provide expert guidance to clients, delivering a seamless, high-quality service from enquiry to post-trip feedback • Build and maintain relationships with golf resorts, hotels, and service providers worldwide, negotiating preferential rates and ensuring quality standards • Support sales and marketing initiatives, including attending industry events and promoting golf travel packages • Oversee group events, tournaments, and corporate golf days, both on-site and remotely • Manage budgets, quotes, invoices, and maintain accurate client and financial records Requirements: • 3+ years’ experience in travel planning, hospitality or event management (golf-specific preferred) • Strong knowledge of top golf destinations globally • Excellent organisational and customer service skills • Confident communicator with ability to manage multiple projects • Proficient in travel systems, CRM software, and Google Workspace • Passion for golf and understanding of the game, culture, and client expectations • Willingness to travel as required Preferred Experience: • Experience in luxury travel or sports tourism • Existing network of contacts in golf tourism • Familiarity with platforms like Xero Benefits: • Competitive salary with performance bonuses • Travel opportunities to world-class golf destinations • Flexible work arrangements (Port Talbot and hybrid working) • Opportunity to participate in an Employee Ownership Trust scheme within 3 years To apply: Please send your CV and covering letter to info@greatdaysgolf.com.
