We're working with a well-established main contractor that has been delivering quality projects across the Southeast and London for many years. They've recently secured a new refurbishment scheme valued up to £14m near Gravesend, adding to an already strong order book. With a steady flow of work across residential, commercial, refurbishment and new build, they're in a great position and continuing to grow.
Because of this, they're now looking to bring in an experienced Site Manager to join the team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll be running sites day-to-day, keeping things organised, and making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
You'll be:
* Managing trades and subcontractors on site
* Keeping the programme moving and dealing with any issues as they come up
* Making sure health & safety is always a priority
* Working closely with the wider team to keep everything running smoothly
* Keeping an eye on quality and making sure the finished job is something everyone's proud of
The projects will vary, so it's a good opportunity if you enjoy a mix of refurbishment, fit out, and new build work.
About You
* You've worked as a Site Manager on similar projects
* You're confident running a site and dealing with subcontractors
* You're organised, practical, and able to think on your feet
* You take pride in delivering a good-quality finish
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are in place
