This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring works are completed on time and within budget. Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures and company policies. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site labour, and suppliers. Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management. Liaise effectively with clients, design teams, and internal departments. Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings and toolbox talks. Ensure the project meets all contractual and quality requirements. Resolve daily operational issues quickly and efficiently. Foster a collaborative site culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement. Essential Criteria Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and site management best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Competent in Microsoft Office and project management software. CSR/CSCS card and relevant certifications (SMSTS, First Aid, etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
