Administrative Assistant - Graduate Opportunity Belfast City Centre Full-time | Permanent | MondayFriday A leading professional services firm in Belfast is seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate to join their team as an Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to gain broad exposure within a fast-paced professional environment while developing valuable administrative and business support experience. Working alongside experienced professionals, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations across a range of business functions. The role offers excellent career development opportunities, hands-on experience and exposure to a dynamic office environment. Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day administrative support including document preparation, scanning, photocopying and filing Organising and maintaining both digital and paper-based records accurately Assisting with scheduling meetings, managing diaries and coordinating appointments Supporting billing, invoicing and payment administration processes Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence while maintaining accurate records Liaising professionally with clients, external contacts and internal teams Preparing documentation packs, reports and presentation materials Assisting with reception duties and meeting room coordination when required Arranging travel and providing wider business support across the office Contributing to process improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with company procedures and quality standards Candidate Requirements Recent graduate or someone with previous experience in an administrative, office support, or customer-facing role Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team Professional approach with an understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles Flexible and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and eagerness to gain exposure across different areas of the business This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to build a long-term career within a highly professional and supportive organisation.
