Job Description:
Job Duties:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site
* Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
* Manage health and safety standards on site
* Monitor progress and report to senior management
Required Qualifications:
* SMSTS certification
* CSCS card
* First Aid training
* Valid Driving Licence
Education:
Relevant qualification in construction management or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering high volume projects in house building
Knowledge and Skills:
* Experience with new build housing projects
* Ability to manage high volume projects
* Familiarity with timber frame construction
Working Conditions:
* Work on construction sites in West Midlands, Staffordshire, Burton upon Trent
* Full-time hours, may require overtime to meet project deadlines
