We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a cook. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality meals to our customers. Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
* Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely service during peak hours
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food production
* Participate in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed
* Provide support in serving meals to customers, ensuring an excellent dining experience
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting
* Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques
* Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
