HR Manager
Part time position - £35,000 - £50,000 FTE - Salary dependant on experience
Company Overview:
A leading manufacturer of technically advanced and intelligent power amplifiers that support activities in the dynamic, multi domain integration of Electronic Warfare environments.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and experience of helping the development of a rapidly growing business.
Primary responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures appropriate for the size of business.
· Recruit, hire and onboard new employees
· Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions and conflict resolutions
· Coordinate employee training and development programs
· Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
· Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
· Manage security clearances for staff
· Work with the wider management team to enhance business culture and drive high levels of staff engagement
· Assist with HR related projects and initiatives
Minimum requirements:
· Nationality must be one of the NATO countries
· Must be able to obtain BPSS clearance with the potential to obtain SC clearance in the future if required
· Experience in HR management or a related field
· HR qualification (desirable)
· Experience of working in a manufacturing environment (desirable)
· Experience of working in a small, growing business (desirable)
· Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
· Knowledge of health and safety regulations
· Excellent organisation and time management skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficient in Microsoft software
Working hours: Approx 20 hours per week. The company is willing to discuss working patterns to meet both business and candidate needs.
Based on site in Ross-on-Wye
£35,000 - £50,000 FTE - Salary dependant on experience
