Site Manager - New Build Housing Location: Blackpool Rate: Competitive Type: Freelance We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of traditional new build housing developments, delivering high-quality homes in line with NHBC standards. You will take full responsibility for site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations on new build housing projects Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with NHBC standards and building regulations Coordinate and manage subcontractors and direct labour Maintain high standards of health, safety, and site housekeeping Monitor programme schedules and manage workloads to meet deadlines Ensure quality control at all stages of the build process Liaise with clients, suppliers, building control, and NHBC inspectors Complete site records, reports, and inspections as required Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on traditional new build housing projects Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and current building regulations SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates Excellent organisational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain build programmes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality What We Offer Competitive salary package Long-term, stable work on quality housing projects Supportive management team Opportunities for progression within the company How to Apply To apply, please send your CV to .
