Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Bracknell / South-East sites
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £36,015 per annum

Role Summary:
Abri is seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to support the sale of Shared Ownership homes across its south-east portfolio. Based on-site or covering multiple schemes, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales process—ensuring each customer receives honest, knowledgeable, and timely support as they move onto the property ladder.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about new homes sales, motivated by targets, and committed to delivering outstanding service in a values-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Delivery

Manage the end-to-end sales journey for Shared Ownership homes

Own a specific scheme or work across multiple locations

Handle all buyer interactions, from enquiry and viewing to reservation and legal completion

Maintain excellent product knowledge of available plots and shared ownership criteria

Customer Service

Deliver an outstanding experience for first-time buyers and all potential purchasers

Offer expert, honest advice to customers navigating the Shared Ownership process

Understand buyers’ individual circumstances and tailor your support accordingly

Maintain high standards of professionalism and care across all customer touchpoints

Operational Support

Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to progress sales

Use CRM systems to maintain accurate records and monitor pipeline activity

Work to agreed sales targets, supporting the team in achieving organisational goals

Represent Abri Homes at events, viewings and handovers where required

Person Specification:

Essential:

Proven experience in residential property sales (ideally new builds or shared ownership)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent customer service ethos

Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline

Flexibility to work across multiple locations if needed

Desirable:

Knowledge of Shared Ownership schemes

Experience working for a housing provider or developer

Confident using CRM and property management systems
