Options Resourcing are working with an unparalleled representative of service in commercial construction and interiors, office and welfare furniture supply and installation to recruit a Site Manager to temporarily join their Hinckley Point team for on-going general works to start as soon as possible. You would be an ideal candidate for this role if you have demonstrable all-round experience with managing civils, new build, refurbishment/internals and potentially modular build projects with a very keen eye for H&S on site. You will be fully responsible for all work on site, plan works, report internally and externally to client, and ensure H&S and high quality of work is maintained. As Site Manager you will be responsible for: The day-to-day management of subcontractors Maintaining the program of works Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standards RAMS and Permit issuing Maintaining site records and progress reports.
