We are seeking393 a passionate and focused Salaried Partner Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in a close-knit team. Sectors are varied but include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial and insurance work. You will be expected to be heavily involved in key client development, financial forecasting, team management and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
Hands on delivery of building surveying services
Leading projects often co-ordinating our in house multi discipline design services
Client managementURREIT development
Supervising, managing and mentoring junior members of the building surveying team
Technical‑reviews to manage the quality of our services
Experience and Skills Required
The successful candidate will be :
MRICS qualified
Consultancy experience in the North West Marketplace.
Be commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development
Be able to manage your own workload
Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects
Good communication and client‑facing skills
A positive ‘can‑do’ attitude
Excellent all‑round technical building surveying knowledge
An analytical mind with a high level of intellect – combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations
