Job overview
The post holder will manage the Estates Operational team across ULTH sites, providing leadership, strategic planning, and project management to ensure effective estate services.
They will engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, develop business plans, and contribute to policy and strategy.
Main duties
* Participate in the Estates & Facilities senior management team.
* Develop communication channels within the maintenance team.
* Plan complex works programmes, analyse options, and manage resources.
* Ensure policies on governance, risk, and CQC standards are implemented and audited.
* Provide leadership, influence, and motivate staff to high performance.
* Manage the Estates budget.

Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent in engineering or building, with postgraduate or master's level knowledge.
* Management qualification to Diploma level.

* Regulatory knowledge, maintenance services, CAFM, asset management, NHS experience.
