Role Overview
The HR Officer will oversee daily HR administration and ensure compliance with employment and safeguarding regulations.
Key responsibilities include:

* Managing staff contracts and documentation
* Maintaining HR databases and personnel files
* Supporting onboarding and induction processes
* Monitoring staff absence and leave records
* Assisting with payroll administration
* Supporting performance management procedures

* Liaising with external HR providers
This role requires discretion, accuracy, and a strong understanding of employment legislation.
