HR Manager Financial Services Belfast VANRATH is proud to be partnering with a global financial services organisation, presently seeking to appoint a HR Manager. As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy and supporting the organisation's growth. This is a broad generalist role where you will be responsible for delivering a proactive and commercially aligned HR service across the full employee life cycle. The Person Lead on all HR matters, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and line managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Support and coach managers on performance, employee relations, and development. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory and business needs. Oversee payroll processes in conjunction with finance. Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth. Lead on wellbeing, engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment law. The Person Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role. CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum). Strong knowledge of UK and NI employment law and HR best practice. The Package Salary up to £55k.
