🚀 Group HR Manager – Lead, Shape, Inspire


Location: Ballyclare Type: Full-time, Permanent : Reporting to: Head of HR


I am delighted to be working with our growing client who are looking for a dynamic Group HR Manager to lead HR operations across our multi-site business and help shape the future of our people strategy.


If you have experience of managing an HR Team (6 in total) and you're a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves balancing hands-on delivery, and wants to make a real impact — this is your moment.


💼 What You’ll Do

* Be the go-to expert for all things HR across our group
* Drive employee engagement, well-being, and internal communications
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and policy development
* Champion compliance across NI, UK & ROI employment law
* Support TUPE processes and HR system implementation
* Deliver meaningful L&D and training initiatives
* Monitor key HR metrics to inform business decisions and have
* A proactive, adaptable mindset

✅ What You’ll Bring

* CIPD qualification
* Proven experience in a senior HR role (multi-site or group structure preferred)
* Strong knowledge of NI, UK & ROI employment law
* TUPE and acquisition experience
* Cycle to work scheme
* In person role: Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5pm
