We're now looking for someone special with a minimum of 2 years sales experience to join our team as a Sales Executive in October/November

* Attention to detail: Nothing escapes your eye - from listing accuracy to legal paperwork, you keep everything on track.
Role Responsibilities of the Sales Executive :
* Booking home consultations and gathering key details from sellers
* Following up leads and booking appointments with prospective buyers
* Carrying out property viewings with prospective buyers
* Managing buyer relationships and supporting negotiations
* Managing the sales chain through to completion (Sales Progression)
* Updating and maintaining our VIP Buyers Club
* Working collaboratively with our sales and marketing team
* Working every other Saturday, with time off in lieu of time worked
