The Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our Sales team at NAPIT. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are hungry to succeed in sales, this could be the role for you!
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (Office based) | Location: Pleasley Vale
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to members and customers to promote upgrades, training, products, and services.
* Communicate effectively to highlight the benefits of our offerings and generate sales.
* Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using CRM software. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous contacts.
* Meet or exceed daily call targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Drive and resilience to achieve targets.
* Previous outbound sales or telesales experience desirable, but not essential.
* A proactive and positive attitude towards customer engagement and sales.
What We Offer
* Competitive base salary of c. £26,000.
* Excellent On-Target Earnings of £45,000–£50,000.
