Quality Manager - Community/Mental Health Services A respected care provider is seeking an experienced Quality Lead to support and drive quality standards within their community-based services. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the delivery of high-quality care, with a particular focus on mental health crisis care. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, audit, and maintain service quality across community settings. Support operational teams to achieve and exceed regulatory standards. Undertake regular site visits to ensure consistency of care delivery. Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement effective action plans. Provide guidance and coaching to staff, embedding a strong quality culture. Requirements: Experience in a community care setting (preferably mental health crisis care). Strong understanding of compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills. Full driving licence (essential for site visits).
