The Company
My client is an independent construction contractor with longstanding customer relationships stretching back over two decades. These projects consist of New Builds and Refurbishments, primarily in the residential and commercial sectors.
The Site Manager Role:
They are extremely busy going into 2026 and are looking for a number of Site Managers throughout the East Midlands and Yorkshire region to work on new build care home projects. They require a No.1 Site Managers to take day to day responsibility for the project, supported by a Project Manager and a roving Contracts Manager.
Site Managers Roles & Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for programme completion monitoring progress against programme, taking remedial action where appropriate, protecting the companys contractual position at all times.
