Key responsibilities:
* Providing day-to-day HR administration support across the employee lifecycle
* Drafting HR letters and correspondence (e.g. disciplinaries, return-to-work meetings, maternity leave, flexible working requests), using templates while applying appropriate judgement and tone
* Taking minutes in employee meetings, with the expectation that over time you'll contribute by flagging risks, missed steps or fairness issues
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR files, with a strong focus on compliance and attention to detail
