Broughton, Chester - Hybrid after 4 weeks training (3 days onsite, 2 WFH)

Certain Advantage are seeking a HR Administrator to join a global engineering client of ours in Chester, Broughton.
Overview:
Join a busy HR operations team supporting personnel admin and payroll activities across the business. This role requires hands-on experience in admin and data tasks—ideally in payroll or HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Process HR transactions in Workday & SAP (e.g. starters, leavers, job changes, personal data)
Monitor data interfaces between systems
Handle queries via phone/email
Support payroll operations and HR process improvements
Assist with system testing and continuous improvementKey Skills & Experience:
Strong admin and data-handling experience, preferably in payroll
Knowledge of Workday/SAP (preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines
Proficient with Google Workspace tools
