Job title: Internal Recruiter Location: Waltham Abbey Employment type : Full time Salary: 25,000p/a About the Role My Local Bobby provides community safety and security services across residential areas, retail spaces, and business districts.

As we continue to grow, were looking for an Internal Recruiter to join the team and take ownership of our hiring.
Youll work closely with managers across the business to attract and hire the right people, particularly within operational security roles.
This is a hands-on role where youll be involved in the full recruitment process, while also helping to improve how we hire and support the wider HR function.
Youll play an important part in shaping the candidate experience and supporting the next stage of the companys growth.
Youll play a key role in shaping the candidate experience, improving recruitment processes, and supporting wider HR activities making a real impact on how the business grows and develops.
In this role youll : Act as the first point of contact for all recruitment-related queries from hiring managers and internal teams Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing through to offer stage Review and screen applications, identifying suitable candidates and progressing them through the process Support hiring managers with interview preparation and coordination Manage candidate communications, including delivering timely and professional feedback Monitor recruitment performance, pipelines, and hiring activity, providing regular updates Identify opportunities to improve and streamline recruitment processes Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages Conduct Interviews Support with general HR administration and tasks as xxuwjjq required What Were Looking For Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment, or within a similar role involving customer service .
