Sales Executive Role
This role is all about converting warm/hot leads-customers who have already registered interest online but havent completed a purchase yet.
Youll be:
* Calling leads generated via our website (warm prospects)
* Taking inbound calls and guiding customers through the buying journey
* Reigniting interest by selling features and benefits clearly and confidently
* Listening for buying signals and overcoming objections
* Building rapport and closing sales through consultative B2C conversations
* Keeping your pipeline and activity up to date in Salesforce / CRM
