Join Our Team as a Senior Sales Executive!
About Sparks Group: We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in cybersecurity to help us drive remarkable growth. If you are a proven leader who thrives in complex B2B environments and consistently exceeds sales targets of $5M–$10M annually, we want to hear from you! You will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer and play a pivotal role in our success.
Your Responsibilities:
* Generate and Close New Business: Identify and secure new opportunities in target markets.
* Manage the Sales Lifecycle: Oversee everything from prospecting to closing deals.
* Exceed Revenue Targets: Aim to surpass annual sales goals of $5M–$10M.
* Build Executive Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, practice leaders, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
* Provide Strategic Feedback: Share insights on emerging trends and service opportunities with delivery teams.
* Maintain Accurate Records: Keep up-to-date sales forecasts and CRM entries.
* Represent Us at Industry Events: Be our face at key industry gatherings.
Your Qualifications:
* Over 7 years of enterprise sales experience, particularly in cybersecurity.
* Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions across various domains (network, cloud, endpoint, threat detection, compliance).
* Exceptional executive presence and polished communication skills.
* Direct sales experience with enterprise clients in sectors like Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, Retail, CPG, Energy, and Professional Sports.
* Proficiency in leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* A Bachelor’s degree is essential; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
Bonus Points For:
* Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
* Sales methodology certifications (Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, etc.).
* Experience in the consulting or professional services industry.
* A proven track record of exceeding $5M–$10M+ in annual sales quotas.
