Inside Sales Executive – Citation Group
Location: Hybrid – 4 days in Wilmslow

We’re now looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team at an exciting time of continued growth and investment.
The Role
This role is focused entirely on our existing client base, working over the phone .
You will be speaking to businesses who already use Citation services, identifying opportunities to add value, and upselling and cross-selling additional products and services that support their compliance and business needs.
You’ll own the full process from start to finish:
* Engaging warm, existing clients over the phone
* Identifying needs and opportunities
* Delivering tailored solutions
* Handling objections with confidence
* Closing deals and driving revenue growth
* Managing your pipeline through CRM systems

* Proven success in a target-driven sales role
* Strong closing ability and confident communicator
* Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by earning potential
* Experience managing a sales pipeline
* Comfortable using CRM systems
